1. Introduction
Nitrogen charging vehicles can charge and boost nitrogen gas to bladder type accumulators, piston type accumulators, hydraulic type accumulators, etc.
2. Working principle
Usually, when nitrogen cylinders are used to directly charge the energy storage gas with nitrogen, the maximum inflation (nitrogen) pressure is 13.5 MPa. If the required pre inflation nitrogen pressure in the energy storage device exceeds 13.5 MPa, the direct inflation method cannot meet the inflation requirements of the energy storage device. The nitrogen charging vehicle can meet the requirements for filling high-pressure nitrogen gas in high-pressure energy storage devices.
3. Structure Introduction
A nitrogen vehicle is composed of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical devices. When the pressure fluid enters the booster through the directional valve, it pushes the piston to move up (down), increasing the pressure of the nitrogen gas entering the upper (lower) booster. The nitrogen gas is then charged into the accumulator (or high-pressure vessel) through the one-way valve. The piston moves back and forth in this way, increasing the pressure of the nitrogen gas to the required working pressure (within 42MPa)
4. Precautions
1) Nitrogen charging vehicles are only allowed to pressurize nitrogen gas, and the use of oxygen or other flammable, corrosive, and other gases is strictly prohibited.
2) The pressure gauge on the nitrogen charging vehicle should be checked regularly.
3) Prohibit the use of aged high-pressure hoses.
